Who made it

I'm Leigh Rogers, a consultant paramedic working towards the DipIMC myself. I built DipIMC.Ninja as my own personalised revision resource, then decided I could make it available to others. You're welcome to use it. If you enjoy it, why not buy me a coffee?

I built it because the kind of revision tool I wanted didn't exist:

• the answer to every question shows exactly where it comes from
• the stations run against the real clock
• it is free

How questions are written and checked

Every question in the bank:

• is written to current UK practice: Resuscitation Council UK 2025, current NICE guidance, JRCALC, the FPHC consensus statements and current major incident doctrine
• names its sources: book, chapter and printed page, or the guideline section, consensus recommendation or statute. Where possible there is a link that opens at the right page or section, plus a short quotation you can search for
• is tagged to the unit of the PHEM curriculum it tests
• is checked independently before it is published. The check re-opens every cited source, confirms page numbers and links, and looks for a second arguable answer
• is balanced for option length, so the right answer is not simply the longest one

Questions are drafted with the help of AI tools under this process, and nothing is published unless it passes the check. When sources disagree, for example an older textbook and a newer guideline, the question names the guideline it is testing and the explanation points out the difference.

If something is wrong

Every question and station step has a Flag this button. Flags are reviewed regularly, and flagged items are corrected or withdrawn. Every correction is logged and bumps the item's version number, which is shown on the question.

Independence

DipIMC.Ninja is an independent revision tool. It is not issued, accredited or endorsed by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh or its Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care. The exam name is used only to describe what the site helps you revise for, and no College marks are used. The questions here are not College questions, and the College's own sample questions are available from the College.

DipIMC.Ninja is a revision aid, not clinical guidance. In practice, follow your own service's guidelines.
